If you have subscribed to Voicemail-to-Text transcription, you can share a transcription of a received voice mail as a text message (SMS). Follow these steps:
1. While
in the Message Playback screen, tap the Share menu option
Note: This list and its Share via SMS option will appear only if the message being shared was transcribed by the Voicemail-to-Text service. It will not be available otherwise.
2. Select Via SMS. The Visual Voicemail application will display the SMS compose screen, populated with a transcription of the message being shared.
3. If you want to make any changes to the transcription prior to sending, tap the transcribed text and use the on-screen keyboard to make any desired changes.
4. To specify the recipient of the text message, do one of the following:
● Tap the To field and then use the on-screen keyboard to enter the phone number of the mobile phone to which you wish to send the text message.
● Select a contact from your contact book.
5. If you want to add an attachment tap the Attach menu option . Refer to your phone handset's Mobile Guide for adding various types of attachments.
6. To send your text message tap the Send menu option.
Pressing your device's Menu button in the SMS compose screen provides the following additional options:
● All messages. View the list of received text messages (SMS).
● Quick text. Quickly insert common response phrases such as "I'm running late" or "Let's catch up soon."
● Attach. Attach a file to your text message.
● Discard. Discard the message without sending it.
● Add subject. Add a subject line to your text message.
● Insert smiley. Insert a "smiley" into your text message.
● Search. Search messages.
